PSP Features:
"ELECTRIC", is imprinted on the top in raised lettering. A 2-inch flange around the perimeter provides stability when buried.
The top is secured to the base by a molded in flange in back and penta-head locking in the front ribs and steps are molded into the pedestal for rigidity.
This design prevents deflection in a buried position and ensures the base and lid a unified connection after servicing.
Stainless steel hardware provides long term protection against rust.
Our injection molded pedestals are molded in copolymer-polypropylene UV additives are permanently molded in the material.
Pigment is permanently molded into the polypropylene and does not peel providing a maintenance free pedestal for many years.
Our polypropylene pedestal resists fertillizers, salt air, and ultraviolet attack. It will not rust or corrode.
PSPX Features:
PSPX domed pedestals are convertible to hand holes. The vertical locking mechanism bolts to the base flange. The domed cover can be removed and a flat cover (HHC-2121 or HHC-1619), can be attached to the base.
HHC-2121-MG fits the PSPX-151530-MG when the domed cover is removed.
HHC-1619-MG fits the PSPX-91330-MG when the domed cover is removed.
PSPX2 Features: PSPX2 domed pedestals are convertible to hand holes also. This is a 2 lock system. The penta-head bolt on the lid bolts to the base flange. The other lock system has a bit on the lid and the base to allow a pad-lock shaft to slide through. The domed cover can be removed and a flat cover (HHC2-2121 or HHC2-1619), can be attached to the base.
