The MPP-141480-MG-X is a direct burial meter plastic pedestal designed for RV Parks, Trailer Parks, and Townhouses.
This pedestal accommodates up to 3 meters or other equipment, see lower right picture. It can also be used as a secondary pedestal by ordering the MPP-141480-MG-L6350. This unit contains 3, factory installed 6 port lay-in 350 MCM connectors installed inside the pedestal. 350MCM connectors accommodate a wire range of 350MCM down to No. 6 wire. See lower left picture with connectors.
Service entrance door is made of a high density polyethylene material with a smooth finish for labels to adhere to.
UV additives are permanently molded in the material.
Overall pedestal is made of a linear low density polyethylene.
Direct burial depths range from 24” to 32” deep.
It can be installed above grade 48” to 56”.
It measures 14”x14”x 80” Tall.
Large service entrance door with stainless steel penta-head bolt surrounded by a pad-lockable penta-head cup for security.
It’s lightweight, only 35 lbs.
Easy to drill through material for mounting meters (meters not included).
MPP-141480-MG-X (Installed)
The MPP-141480-MG can also be used for attaching a disconnect and GFI receptacles on the outside of the pedestal for campers, vendors, or for special events.
Install a meter inside the MPP for measuring receptacle power usage.
The interior meter is now secure from unlawful tampering.
