Ground sleeve extenders work great where you can shut off the power, excavate around the damaged sleeve and install a ground sleeve extender over it.
If the grade line has come up over the years, these units extend the ground sleeve up another 4” above grade.
The GSA-36-36-MG-25x10 pictured below provides an adapter for the GS-80-36-36-MG-TS. With the adapter mounted to the box pad, the ND-301830-MG-102A-X-X can be mounted to the adapter. The ND-301830 can be used as a single phase sectionalizing cabinet. The ND-301830 can also be used as a secondary tap pedestal called the ND-301830-MG-X-L750350P-X. Other metal single phase sectionalizing cabinets can be mounted to the GSA-36-36-MG-25x10.

Rotating pictures above show a GS-37-43-32C-CE-2-MG-22x24 box pad where the grade has changed to the top of the box pad. It also shows the GSE-4A-MG-22x24 mounted on the top of it brings it up 4”. And finally, a GSA-37-43-MG-21x10 is attached to it with the ND-301830 for either a deferral cabinet, sectionalizing cabinet, or secondary tap pedestal.
The GSE-4F-MG-26x30 has a larger top opening than the GSE-4A in order to fit over existing box pads with a 26” x 30” top opening for even greater cable accessibility.
The GSA-37-43-MG-21x10 adapter is designed to fit on the GSLBJ-37-43-32C-CE-2-MG-22x24. This unit also accommodates the ND-301830 in either a single phase cabinet or tap pedestal. Because of it’s smaller top opening this adapter also accommodates single phase metal sectionalizing cabinets.
